OK, So you're probably not going all the way to Ham Tin just to sample the cusine. It's not even as if you have a huge choice of restaurant once you get there. But, let's just assume you "happen" to be at Ham Tin and you fancy a bite to eat. Then like me you'll probably be pretty grateful that this restaurant does pretty mean tasty food. For Dinner we ordered,Black and pepper FishThis dish is amazing! The batter is so crispy and mouth-wateringly good. I'm hungry just remembering how good it was

Black and pepper squid
Not as good as the fish but still pretty damn tasty
Sweet and sour Fish
After eating this dish I wonder how I'll ever eat sweet and sour pork or chicken again. Damn Tasty
Spring Rolls
Comes with a spicy dip, could do with a little more veg in the filling. But I wasn't really complaining as I scoffed yet another spring roll into my mouth.
Garlic Vegetables
Very garlicy!! But actually considering I'm not usually a fan of these kind of vegetables not bad!
Ginger egg fried rice (Not on the menu but if you ask nicely they'll cook it for you)
The ONLY way to eat egg fried rice, we ordered four plates of this stuff between 12 of us and it was gone in a matter of seconds.

Just what the doctor ordered for my hangover.
The restaurant staff are also pretty helpful; aside from the fact that they hire pretty much everything you could want (tents, roll mats, sleeping bags, parasols, torches, batteries....) and organise speedboats back to Sai Kung, they'll also loan you the use of a cool box for keeping your booze in on the beach.
OK so the prices are a little expensive but what are you going to do? Hike back to Sai Kung for lunch?
Did I mention it had outdoor dining?
Warning: mind the dogs and the children on karts that use the sloping restaurant floor as a racing track. Bring your own mosquito spray.
