So most importantly you need to reserve ahead as the ingredients are quite limited. This restaurant is mainly for letting students to gain experience but the service is surprisingly good and I have been eating here when I need to attend lessons at PolyU.So for the appetizer I chose the soft shell crab, and it was very refreshing.The bone marrow was very juicy and the truffle cream was not overpowering.The cheesecake was rich and I guess the initial presentation of the dessert the green tea air s

In view this is for the student's to practice, tipping is generally discouraged. It only operates during semesters.
