Large group of friends meeting up for celebrations at this great restaurant. Service is inconspicuous and superb, the courses were great:Beautiful prawn salad;Beef tomahawk and lamb chops both quality meats though I would add more salt and resting;Pork was the best I have had in Hong Kong, Australian FreeRange;The crepe suzette was the owner showing off his skill and he is brilliant. Not too sweet like so many but perfectly balanced and delivered with flair, absolutely awesome.I did not get to

I did not get to see the bottle but the Cab Sav was perfect for the meal.
Loved the company and loved the restaurant.
