📍樓下火鍋飯店Haven’t had a wow hotpot experience for quite a while and 樓下火鍋 managed to do it! Chose their duo soup base. Their 花雕藥膳醉雞湯 comes with half a raw chicken marinated in huadiao wine. The Chinese herbs aren’t too strong but gives you a warm hug type of base. Their 大紅袍招牌麻辣燙 is good. Not the crazy spicy type but once again, it’s a tasty base without sending you to hell 🌼 😂The ingredients are all of great quality. Personal favorites have to be their duck blood, squid pieces, 竹笙釀墨魚, and 滑牛配蛋.Price

Price is fair given that it’s in Cwb. It has definitely become my go to hotpot place at cwb!
