San Po Kong is an old area with lots of good restaurant. Sang Kee is a very traditional restaurant selling congee. The price is good. Just $15/16 for a beef congee; $8 for a fried noodles/ rice noodles. The quality of food is quite good. I especially like the congee with chicken and fried noodles. The chicken is really tender with great taste. And the fried noodles are not oily and salty but just right! Good!!!!
