Recently, a prepaid platform(starting with K) has a significant discount for their afternoon tea(almost half price)which even includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. I quite like the design of the afternoon tea stand. The cover on top actually can be put down to cover the scones if you don't want it to cool down so quickly.Some of the food items are are more oriental as it is close to Chinese New Year. I loved their preserved egg puff and the red bean soup had a lovely aroma from the mandarin peel.
The foie gras creme brule was beautifully done as the caramelized top was almost 1:1 with the foie gras custard.
For the sweets, I loved the date cake the most as it was less sweet and the aroma was really heavenly.
