Happy hour was really cheap with their variety of beer selection. Buy one get one free from 3-7pm including witbier, lager, cider and stout etc. Most staff were friendly, except the beer girl who went purple in her face after we told her we didn't want any of the brands she was promoting...Since covid, every customer must order not just drinks but food as well. This time we picked the hotdog. We had no expectations in the food quality. Come on it was just a bar lol. But it was kind of terrible.

Since covid, every customer must order not just drinks but food as well. This time we picked the hotdog. We had no expectations in the food quality. Come on it was just a bar lol. But it was kind of terrible. The sausage must have been cooked for a long time or recooked in order to have such a shrunken and wrinkled surface. The bread also did not go well with it. The whole thing was too dry, too plain.
Anyways, food was not the reason why I went to Café de Fontaine. I would definitely go there again for their nice drinks.
