We have a family tradition to go yumcha on the first day of the year and we opted for the Spring Moon today.We ordered 8 dim sums and their signature fried rice. My favorite dim sum was the pork cheung fun as the rice roll was very thin and the pork fillings were delicious. I also liked the 咸水角which was in the shape of a chicken (sorry I didn’t get a pic of that!). The fried rice was as good as always with the rice cooked to the perfect consistency and with a generous amount of toppings.
