After visiting my dear friend in KT, I have found this newly open restaurant in the office building next door. It's a fusion restaurant combing the Japanese and Western cuisines in a nice way... and I will say this can be a nice weekly gathering place in the area.The starter was a type of seafood finger food in good quality... Followed by a fusion caesar, quite a new taste to most of us... and good to clear the flavour to welcome the nice Seafood Platter.Don't underestimate the Seafood platter

Fresh France Crab seafood platter

Don't underestimate the Seafood platter, the nicely arranged oysters are fresh and great... full of ocean flavour... but I will say the main point here is the Big Crab from France... I was surprised with its strong crab meat taste and rich crab yolk, which we often cannot find in most other frozen Stone Crab or Bread Crab. This Prince Crab was fresh delivered to the shop...

Later come the Yakitori mixes are nicely mixing the west and the east... I like the tiny sweet potato very much, while my friends prefer to have the meaty yakitori...

The Hamachi was BBQ nicely with its nice oily taste... very good pick to try on yakitori style
I was wondering if their beef tongue are offered for Giants, are they are super big in portion... but not tough, quite tasty too.

As we all had a late tea set today, and so, we were quite satisfied with the seafood and nice yakitori. So, we quickly move to the recommended homemade dessert session. Heard that their chefs are young and creative in cheese cake preparation... which is quite true... as I very much appreciated for their blueberry cheese cake, and the new style of tasting portion of cheese cake.
