crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, this was a great end to the meal! the custard filling was really good and not too sweet; the milk chocolate filling was a bit too sweet for my liking though.

the puff pastry was super flaky and not too oily, the radish was sweet and not too heavily seasoned so it went really well with the strong flavours of salted egg yolk on the outside.

the rice grains were distinct and not soggy at all. greay umami from the Sergestid shrimps and the pineapple definitely made the dish more refreshing.

the wagyu literally melted in my mouth and it's so tender!! though I didn't think that the combination of wagyu and siumai elevated each individual item greatly.
