omelette risotto w Japanese grilled eelthe eel was flavourful w that sweet caramelised sauce and the texture was just right. the eggs were super fluffy and I love how they made it a bit more fusion w the creamy risotto inside, which surprisingly went really well w the eel and eggs!clam spaghetti aglio e olio w soft shell crabthe spaghetti was al dente and the soft shell crab was crispy!we also had:- sakura prawn soup- pinapple yuzu soda & matcha latte - the soda was refreshing but the matcha lat

we also had:
- sakura prawn soup
- pinapple yuzu soda & matcha latte - the soda was refreshing but the matcha latte was slightly disappointing; the matcha flavour was strong but there were still lumps of matcha powder in it
