To celebrate my grandma's birthday, we went to The Cafe at Sheraton for a lunch buffet. .The sashimi was tasty, fatty and fresh. I chose salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, arkshell and talapia. The sashimi was tasty, fatty and fresh. I chose salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, arkshell and talapia. My grandma was so into sashimi that she kept having them.
The oysters were satisfying, esp when dipped in their specially-made spicy and sour sauce, enhancing their freshness and sweetness.
I got myself parma ham, salami, cheese and salad. The addition of cold cuts lightened the meal perfectly.
Their steak and lamb were tender and well-seasoned. I asked for medium rare, resulting in a beautifully red colour that was just right for me!
The selection of hot dishes included roasted duck, bbq pork, tandoori fish, clams, sweet & sour pork, etc.
Among all, I appreciated their dessert the most. The variety was extensive, including from Portuguese egg tart, waffle, tiramisu, crème brule, brownie, pudding, roll cakes, cheesecake, etc. They all looked delicate with a perfect sweetness. I ended my meal with Haagen Dazs cookie & cream ice cream.

The resto was spacious with bright lighting, creating a comfortable ambience. The staff was nice and helpful too.
