I have to admit that I am addicted to the gyozas here because the dumpling skin is thin and the fillings are delicious yet they are not oily.Chao Chao gyoza are always launching new flavours so you have to keep checking their social media for the latest updates.On this visit, I tried the shake shake gyozas curry flavour.It was fun putting the curry powder in the bag and shaking it.The curry flavour is mild so it doesn't over power the gyozas.The other new yuzu pepper flavour is really strong so

The curry flavour is mild so it doesn't over power the gyozas.The other new yuzu pepper flavour is really strong so it should be eaten last.
Basically, it is very spicy with a strong chili pepper taste.The mushroom gyozas are white because the dumpling skin is made with rice flour and it tastes sweet in my opinion.
