I ordered takeout couple of times. i heard some positive things, but each experience was a complete disaster.First, the chicken was dry and flavorless. I tried dark meat the second time, the chicken wing was totally burned. The meat this time tasted like rubber. But the most disgusting part was I found hair in both occasions!At the sheung wan location, which I passed each morning, the raw food was always left on the curb next to beer bottles and bags of trash. First, the chicken was dry and flavorless. I tried dark meat the second time, the chicken wing was totally burned. The meat this time tasted like rubber. But the most disgusting part was I found hair in both occasions!
At the sheung wan location, which I passed each morning, the raw food was always left on the curb next to beer bottles and bags of trash. It was not exactly sanitary.
I also tried the sides, soup and the quiche. Their potatoes were undercooked, string beans unwashed with sand, couscous didn't have enough veggies. Their veggie soup were laced with MSG and too salty. And the quiche was either too runny or tasted like a dry sponge.
Finally, not sure if the guy cutting the chicken is one of the owners, but he can certainly work on customer service. He was rude and arrogant. I noticed he almost never greet the locals, but extremely friendly to all the bankers in suits.
In short, hair in my food twice was enough for me to never return again.
