Hair in my food

I came to eat here a few weeks ago, the food was ok however halfway through I realised there was a hair in my food. I immediately told the waiter but was received with a unfriendly demeanour. The food was sent back and only half the portion was given back. There was no proper apology, I paid the full bill. There was just an abrupt and rude behaviour from the same waiter throughout the service. I contacted them a few times after and no response. This encounter has made it feel as if they don’t ca

There was just an abrupt and rude behaviour from the same waiter throughout the service. I contacted them a few times after and no response. This encounter has made it feel as if they don’t care for service or their customers when they have made the mistakes!
