This place is kinda like cart noodles cuz you can choose your own soup base, slickness level, noodles, and food toppings, but there are also different meals you can choose. I got the sliced beef with handmade noodles. I chose original soup with thick noodles. The noodles came with lettuce, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and fatty beef. I really liked the texture of the thick noodles. It’s thicker than ho fun noodles (河粉) and chewier. But there were some noodles that clumped up together into a knot 😂😅
