Spanish omelette

The pork was quite average overall. The meat itself was sufficiently thick but it was not juicy enough, I guess it was over-cooked a little bit that night. Also, it would be a lot better to marinate the pork chops with a spicy soy sauce, or to eat it with mustard sauce and mustard balsamic sauce.

🪴 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
The colourful lighting and cabinet make it exotic and chill like a bar rather than a restaurant.
The service was nice as the staff was very friendly and warm (not sure if it’s bcoz my friend told them that we were celebrating that day haha)
