Back to here again to try their renowned 串茄焗豬扒飯 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙣-𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙤. They are famous for using the pork from Miyazaki and the pigs were claimed to be happily living. Despite I do not trust that, the pork chop was amazing. Without much fat, but it was surprisingly soft and tender. The tomato sauce was awesome with nice acidity and sweetness.  The tomato sauce was awesome with nice acidity and sweetness. Everything was so on point composing a perfect baked pork chop rice. The topping 💯 sunny-side-up was like 畫龍點睛 (bring the painted dragon to live). And it was alike eyes that you should make it a pair 🍳🍳

 This time was better than my last visit with more charred 👍🏼 But I still prefer a fattier cut for my liking.

 The lunch also came with a 爵士湯 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙪𝙠𝙚, a kind of soup cooked with melon and conch.

 The price is on the high side but their ingredients used are all quality ones with hearty service. Definitely worth the money and my revisit 💕
