The deep fried tempura prawn roll (I think it's called happy prawn maki?) is simply divine for $18. The prawn tempura is crunchy and succulent, itself a little sweet, and the generous layer of cold mayo roe sauce just brings it up a notch. They definitely do not skimp on their toppings here. Add a dash of soya sauce, and it's almost like eating at any good Japanese restaurants. The service is efficient and fast, and the food is pipping hot and attractive with its freshness and colours.
