Happy Valentines day!!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Heart shaped fish cakes:Found out about these new heart shaped fish cakes from their Facebook so went to Sai Kung asap to try them.Luckily, it was a cold day so I got to Sai Kung just in time before they closed.They did two versions, one with a light batter coating and the other one with a traditional coating.At first, I did not know the darker one was the traditional one so I said I didn't want it but the guy insisted that I should try and he was right,

Found out about these new heart shaped fish cakes from their Facebook so went to Sai Kung asap to try them.Luckily, it was a cold day so I got to Sai Kung just in time before they closed.
They did two versions, one with a light batter coating and the other one with a traditional coating.
At first, I did not know the darker one was the traditional one so I said I didn't want it but the guy insisted that I should try and he was right, the traditional one was so much nicer.
It was crispy with silky mashed potatoes and fish inside flavoured by the pungent Chinese celery.
OK, I've definitely learnt my lesson that I should not judge food by its appearance.

Lime fish skin crackers:
When I got there, they were freshly done so I got a huge bag of Lime crackers for $5
I loved this new lime flavour because it was nice and tangy.The chili is good but it could be too spicy for other people.

Next time I will try having them with a fish butty or dip them in salsa!
