Having a terrible experience

I had an overall unpleasant experience dining at the restaurant. While the food was average, it was the poor service that truly frustrated me. During a hotpot dinner with friends, one of my friends felt uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning and requested a change of seat and table. Despite the restaurant having plenty of vacant seats and tables, the staff was rude and impolite in refusing the request, claiming that the table had been previously booked. I had an overall unpleasant experience dining at the restaurant. While the food was average, it was the poor service that truly frustrated me. During a hotpot dinner with friends, one of my friends felt uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning and requested a change of seat and table. Despite the restaurant having plenty of vacant seats and tables, the staff was rude and impolite in refusing the request, claiming that the table had been previously booked. To my dismay, I observed throughout the evening that the table remained unoccupied and unused.

In summary, the unsatisfactory service overshadowed the average food, leaving a negative impression of the restaurant. The staff's rudeness and refusal to accommodate a simple request left me disappointed and frustrated.
