I have been drinking Simplylife coffee and burger for a long time and quite familiar with the taste. This location offers a beef burger with avocado which is different than other Simplylife branches. So far overall taste is great. I have been going to this restaurant almost every day since November. Last month, often I was having some issues with coffee flavors, I felt like something was missing, when I talk this issue to the manager, he made the coffee for me and explained the proper procedure
I have been going to this restaurant almost every day since November. Last month, often I was having some issues with coffee flavors, I felt like something was missing, when I talk this issue to the manager, he made the coffee for me and explained the proper procedure to the regular barista be followed in order to maintain quality, and since then coffee Taste has been great. I like, how they professionally dealt with the situation while replacing the coffee and burger.
Employees have offered an extraordinary service and have welcomed me with a smile. And Certainly, people are very nice and friendly.
