I've just moved in the nearby area and used google's app to search for nearby restaurants.. When this came up I was fairly interested, it seemed different to other Chinese restaurants.This restaurant is easy to find but seating and interior is a bit unusual, nonetheless service was ok. I ordered bak ku teh and a fried quail for starters. The bak ku teh came very quickly so I assume that make lots and should be a popular dish.I'd give this dish a 6/10. I'd give this dish a 6/10. It had great herbal taste but could be more spicy. It's not the best but I'd wouldn't mind seconds.
The taste for the quail was ok, surprisingly it was not greasy at all. The quail just didn't have much meat, if not I'd say it was good.The last dish I tried was the spicy eggplant rice.
I was very impressed with this dish. It was very light and healthy, something like what u would eat at home. It also had healthy red rice and corn mixed in. The portion was generous too.Overall I'd give this restaurant 7/10 because of the taste and health factor. I'd definitely go back.
