There’s no better way to start off the weekend than with a delicious breakfast!It was my first time here !! Even though NOC has been around for a solid while. We had their iconic NOC Egg Benedict (HKD 128) with smoked salmon. I just love the flavour combo of sourdough, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.😍Theirs was an avocado based sauce, which tasted just as good, not as buttery which suits my taste perfectly (as I don’t like it when hollandaise sauce tastes like straight-up butter), and there isn’t much avocado flavour either, so non-avocado fans don’t have to worry about any weird flavours, overalls a silky smooth well-seasoned sauce perfect for an egg Benedict! The smoked salmon slices were also of great quality, and they also added spinach for a refreshing touch. One of the poached eggs was perfect!! Though the other one was a tad over cooked and not as runny (video at the end)
We also had the Beef Cobb Bowl (HKD 138), love the way they seasoned the mixed greens beneath the toppings, and it tasted great even without any toppings!

We also had a flat white with oat milk, though I still like their cappuccino better😍 we made sure we went early in the morning on a weekday for a chill breakfast without any queue or anyone telling us our dining time is up.
And just look at that beautiful weather!
