On the menu, they focuses on only two ice cream, Japanese sweet yam and Himalayan salt. This big cup of ice cream consists of Japanese yam, crispy rice, dorayaki with Japanese purple yam paste. The size was really generous with at least 4,5 circles of ice cream used. The dorayaki tasted like housemade because the cake was a lot lighter and moister than store-bought ones, whiel the yam paste also looked freshly made. There were also some rice crispy, purple yam powder and syrup added on top. The taste was not too overly sweet. The rice crispy gave an extra crunchy texture as a contrast. The ice cream itself was smooth and denser than normal soft serve, yet a bit lighter than some other brands. The shop uses Japanese milk to make their milky ice cream. Once we digged in the centre, we found that there were some fresh yam paste. The yam paste tasted a slightly sweeter than the ice cream. I liked it very much, it reminded of of the yam that we eat during winter time but yet we are enjoying this cold dessert in this cold weather! We saw that they did their paste in-house freshly. They even added honey to sweetened the taste which should be a more healthy alternative to just sugar. Since I have already had dinner, I couldn't finish this big cup of ice cream, but I am still going to come back next time to try their Himalaysan salt ice cream!
