A classic BLT burger with an egg Benedict on top, how irresistible it is!
The hollandaise sauce that we chose went perfectly with the egg benedict, it was rich and decadent, paired with bacon, lettuce, tomato and a cheesy beef patty, it really made me drool!
There’s four sauce selections for the burger: Traditional Hollandaise, Black Truffle, Beetroot and Avocado Cream Cheese.
The burger set also came with French fries and veggie salad.

Poached egg over salmon and avocado, Bathed in buttery rich hollandaise sauce and served atop English muffins. The eggs were cooked to a wonderfully runny consistencies, and the savoury salmon, creamy avocado and the hollandaise sauce made the dish “wow”!
