The hottest new restaurant serves up hearty ramen in super rich ( and thick) pork soup, along side a selection of sauce/chilli paste ( that you can add into the broth as much as you want!) We all loved the house made dumplings, with freshly minced pork and veggies too! Chef has recommended us to DIY the dipping sauce- by mixing a bit of vinegar and the kara miso paste (that was served with the ramen) together; flavours matches so well that the sourness and spiciness simply spice it up!

Braised pork with Ajitama egg is another impressive dish that we are rave about. The meat was so juicy and tender, with layers of fats sandwiched between, dissolving in our mouth. That's a very delightful experience!
