As recommended by a celebrity chef, Cheung Fat makes the best braised pork knuckle in town! Even it's not in my neighborhood, it's probably worth trying.$85 for 6 pieces of braised pork knuckles. Fall-apart tender, tasty sinews, long-braised that the oil in the fat layer had dissolved and melted in my mouth. No added artifical orange color. The sauce was so full of collagen. If you leave the sauce in room temperature for 30mins, it becomes gelatin!The sakuraebi chili oil was awesome too! Very st

Dai pai dong seats, hot weather, but who still cares about sitting on the street (I mean night time is acceptable) when they cook such awesome pork knuckles? Absolutely not overpriced as written in other reviews for such food quality. Would visit again!
