Always love having a drink or a meal on Civic Square as the ambiance is generally pretty good. I visited Joia a long time ago for food but it didn’t leave much impression.On my return this time, I just ordered a Negroni for a quick drink in the afternoon. The outdoor seats are all full but the indoor ones are equally nice with some pretty sofa seats in pastel and soft colors. The negroni was the quality I was expecting and the price is acceptable for the overall experience. Not the warmest servi
