Located in Central, Hong Kong, ICHU is an exotic place serving Peruvian cuisine. The food was definitely impressive for me. It satisfy my desire of travelling overseas. Highlights include the signature appetizer Ceviche (+$68) that consists of fried squid and fresh tuna in Tiger’s Milk. Highlights include the signature appetizer Ceviche (+$68) that consists of fried squid and fresh tuna in Tiger’s Milk. It was sour yet matching perfectly with the sweet undertone, and it was somehow refreshing! The other one was Coliflor Asada that including a whole head of charred cauliflower with green sauce, the dish was so adorable and definitely instagramable! If you are beef lovers, Bistec (+$88) is your must try item!!! Grilled Ribeye was tender and succulent. Presenting on the hot stone, it is not only for decoration but also for keeping the warm temperature! I do recommend ICHU, especially for celebrating your special occasions!
