🍚uni don - two kinds of uni on our bowl , canadian and hokkaido uni this time - though types vary depending on dates, overall average but good price justification
🐠🐟kaisen don - assorted sashimi rice bowl, build our own composed of 5 fishes, generally ok fresh, pro tip: get their toro belly
⚫️uni fishcake - an uncommon combo, cooked uni as filling, interesting texture of creaminess x chewiness
🐚uni scallop - seared scallop with fresh uni in the middle, seaweed was a tad stale but overall taste ok
🦀uni fried rice - generous portion with lots of crab meat though uni flavoring could be enhanced
