OVERALL: choose between short and long menu though long menu is recommended, space is a long hallway, make your booking in advance as seatings are quite limited - private room available too!

DISHES: 
🌈erizo - sea urchin flan w/ cold soup and sliced grapes, so refreshing and look at the rainbow droplets!!

🦑chipirones - in-season baby squid served w/ black rice and paired w/ smoked peas that enhances the overall flavor

🐟ventresca - atlantic bluefin tuna with smoked eggplant topped w/ ossetra caviar is an unexpected bite close to perfection, definitely a ⭐️

🐠merluza con salsa verde - hake fish w/ parsley, white wine sauce- highlight of this dish was definitely the percebes (goose barnacles see pic in dark grey color) which gives the dish a briny/sweet taste

🥩txuleta - aged beef from Galicia with grinch beef sauz, beautifully cooked rib eye!
