OVERALL:
The dishes looked really nice but the taste didn’t quite match up to how it looked. It didn’t taste bad, just average. Service wasn’t bad either, just normal.
DISHES:
🐽 Meat lover: This is the fried katsu sandwich. The portion is huge! It was a pretty fat cut of the pork though so it was a pretty oily dish.
🦆 Poultry lover: The meat of the roast duck was pretty tender. The purée tasted quite interesting too.
🍳 Shakshouka: Doesn’t taste like a shakshouka. The egg yolk was also not runny.
🦀 Croissant lover: Croissant with softshell crab and eggs. Not bad! Can never go wrong with soft shell crab.
🧀 Mac and cheese: Although a side dish, this was my favorite dish. It tasted more like an alfredo but the flavors were good.
