DISHES:
🐟Sashimi platter - pretty fresh overall, the🍶sake dunk scallop worth a special mention, you can really taste the sweet sake, surprisingly good mix!
🍣Salmon crunch - 4 sizeable pieces of rolls with a twist! Great flavours with cream cheese, 🥑& tempura roll (gives cripsy outer texture), but just a bit messy whilst eating it.
🥗TMK Cabbage salad - refreshing appetiser, mixed with yuzu mayo & crispy curry tenkasu, great mix of texture.
🐟Hamachi - great for sharing, like how they placed crispy quinoa on top and jalapeño(?) to add texture & spice for each mouthful. Not a big fan of the black sesame paste tho.
🍗Karaage - can try it plain or dip in “spicy yogurt” provided to add a kick. Nothing special about it, as expected👌🏻
