Have known that there’s Cupping Room in APM but just found out there’s a French bistro inside and the food quality was surprisingly good. Salmon was of good quality and kale was fresh and matched with cheese
Truffle and snow crab spaghetti
The spaghetti smelled and tasted so good with generous amount of truffle
Pan grilled sea bass
The sea bass skin was really crispy and the fish was quite tender. It matched well with carrot purée
Hot matcha and chocolate
Drinks from Cupping Room did not disappoint us. The matcha and chocolate was strong yet smooth
Basque burnt cheesecake
Basque burnt cheesecake was no surprise and creamy
