There are three floors and each floor serves a different style of Japanese cuisine - robatayaki, teppanyaki and omakase. We went for teppanyaki for lunch on a holiday and the place was packed. .We had the Sakura Set for two at $1580. It already includes a salad, an appetizer, soup, chawanmushi and a dessert. 🥂Lobster with Lobster Roe Cream Sauce
Most of the meat was taken out already but you can still remove the remaining meat easily as it was cooked just right. The cream roe sauce went perfectly with the lobster without being heavy. Loving the thinly sliced white mushrooms that added a mild fragrance and absorbed the sauce well. Even the strawberries on the side were very sweet. Surely satisfying your taste buds.

Even a simple salad didn’t disappoint. Loved that they added the sweet and jelly-like aloes in it that balanced the sourness from the yuzu sauce.

Having crab, scallops, mushroom and chicken in it, I’d say the taste was still bland and too watery.

🥂Scallop
A very Japanese cooking style with Japanese wine and kombu added that lifted up the flavour and freshness. The scallop was sweet and having a strong buttery taste. Loved it so much!

🥂Silver Cod Fish with Pumpkin Black Truffle Sauce
Having a perfect combination of crispy skin and juicy flesh. The sauce on the side added complexity. But I’m not a fan of Okra.

🥂U.S. Beef Slice
Five big beef slices and each had fried garlic and scallions inside. You could dip a bit of the sea salt, rose salt or kombu salt to elevate flavour. The beef itself wasn’t disappointing, but very juicy and beefy. Each mouthful was so satisfying.

It was an enjoyable and splendid lunch. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back for robatayaki and omakase.
