— Pretty good pasta dish! The sauce was flavourful and well seasoned, with a strong shrimp aroma to it. The pasta was perfectly al-dente and mopped up the sauce nicely. The assortment of seafood offered was fresh, and cooked to perfection too.

— A really satisfying cheese platter to start off with or go with your choice of wines! Loved the variety of cheese this had to offer, a good mixture of mild and rich flavours. My favourites were definitely the brie and taleggio. The brie was creamy, with a buttery texture and had a creamy, mild flavour to it. Whilst the taleggio had a more robust, complex profile, with nutty and fruity tones. All the accompanying elements were equally as tasty and went perfectly with the cheeses.

— The meat of the suckling pig was flavoursome, with a savoury and slightly earthy taste to it. It was also really juicy, with an almost butter-like meat texture contrasted by the insanely crispy skin. This came with some creamy mashed potatoes on the side and sautéed french beans with a touch of acidity to them to lighten up the rich flavours on your palate.

— Decided to try this out after seeing how impressive this looked despite not being a fan of orange. 😂 The soufflé was super light, delicate and airy, and not overly sweet either. The orange zest and Grand Marnier added a distinct citrusy essence to the dessert that elevated the flavours nicely.
