When it comes to teppanyaki, there are so many choices all over HK yet it isn’t easy to find one that’s really good (and not extremely overpriced). I like this Taipo restaurant for both its good food quality and its reasonable pricing.The beef was of very good quality and as they’re served right from the grill, they tasted extra delicious with the steaming juice squeezing out of the meat when eaten. The scallops and oysters, although not very big in size, tasted very fresh.
The foie gras, served on bread to ease their oily texture, was the highlight of the night. They were perfectly cooked to a point where it’s safe to eat and yet the juicy and amazing texture were preserved. Very good job indeed.
