Shuran is a hidden gem for Japanese goodness at the basement of East Pavilion. The food had good quality overall, especially the sashimi. I would recommend trying the Kinmedai (金目鯛) and Assorted Sashimi Supreme so you could try out a variety of fresh sashimi in one go. For the grilled meats, we had the Quails Legs, Satsuma-Dori wings and Grilled US Short Ribs. Both were well grilled with good texture and the quails legs were also super tender.
