had dinner here with mom and dad, the 3 of us.ordered the following:砂鍋雲吞雞: chicken was tender. bones were soft and cartilage has lost its bite. broth is chicken-based and crystal clear. wonton skin is not too thick which is good.蔥爆 hoi sum (sea cucumber): sea cucumber is my favorite protein but it is not easily cooked - it's a workout for the jaw if it's too tough; overcooked sea cucumber on the other hand is a waste, one might as well eat jello. the hoi sum here is of good texture and the chive

上海粗炒: good, solid thick-cut noodles. i think it's handmade by their chefs? toasted sesame oil aroma and good proportion of noodles and shredded pork and vegetables.
煎鍋貼: up to standards but not exceptional\
大鹵面: well this is my first LO MEIN but my dad likes loh mein and he says its not easy to find in HK. i think the assortment of ingredients is good and the broth was fresh, not loaded with MSG
will definitely come back, but the surrounding isnt exactly that accommodating, you won't want to linger here and chat for after you finish eating.
staff is quite friendly - we were given their takeout menu when we complimented on their food after paying.
