Now that we can’t dine at night, it only makes sense we bump up all our restaurant cravings to lunch. I went to this new wagyu place just behind Sogo the other day and I immediately started to reminisce Japan. The whole ambiance plus hospitality from the Japanese manager added to the Nihon experience. The lunch set felt high end and of good quality. The lunch set felt high end and of good quality. Even the salad had nice Sakura Ebi as garnish and the lettuces were lush. The Hiyama A5 wagyu came as 3 different cuts, each was rich in fat and the taste of beef. The other items that came with the set all went well with the beef. Esp. the rice; it had a special condiment in it that made it so fragrant. We also ordered a side of wagyu sando. You can see just how juicy it is. The pineapple sorbet was very refreshing and cold to eat as a dessert. The mild sourness and sweetness is the perfect way to balance out the meats.
