My friend said that she saw a new Japanese restaurant around K11 and wanted to try. Since I got off work early today, I went to have dinner with her there.After we ordered, the staff sent us the starter. When I first saw it, I thought it was beef but she then introduced to us that it is a tuna dish. The texture of the tuna was soft and smooth. The sauce was sweet and matched well with the tuna.Hokkiaido oyster was so delicious! It was as big as my hand. It tasted so nice with the spicy radish on
My favourite, Konyaku, which is a type of Japanese food that looks like jelly. When you eat it, it felt like you are eating hard jelly. I love the texture and flavor very much. Chiknwa is a form of fish cake in cylindrical tubes. They were soft and had a strong fish flavor.Fish cake was soft and easy to chew. We finished up with the special dessert, almond curd. It was so yummy. The flavor was prefect because the almond flavour was not so strong, it was not so sweet and the texture was very smooth. The presentation of the dessert was nice, it was very easy to handle. I will definitely go back again because of the high quality of food as well as the service. It is also a very comfortable place to chat with your friends.
