The appetiser we had was potato salad. The salad was nicely flavoured. I like how they did not use mayo to dress the salad making it a lot lighter.Next were mung beans. They were huge! Last but not least was the toro donburi. You could see their passion by looking at the rice. They were cooked to al dente but not mushy. Eating the donburi was just an indulgence with the rich and greasy tuna taste.
