I haven't always been a huge fan of Vietnamese food cos I felt like they've only got the same few dishes going on and on, nothing so special about it. I haven't always been a huge fan of Vietnamese food cos I felt like they've only got the same few dishes going on and on, nothing so special about it. However, this restaurant gave me an impressive experience that had completely changed my opinion toward Vietmanese food, perhaps it was just me not getting the chance to taste the most authentic and good Vietmanese food. Anyhow, there were 4 of us eating at Fuhn this day and apart from the Phos that each of us got ourselves, we also ordered some glass sheet spring rolls and a platter of assorted deep-fried savory sides. First and foremost, the soup of the Phos are really amazing, obvs there's no MSG but only the fresh taste of meat. The meat is very tender and nicely sliced to the perfect thickness that is super easy to chew, which went really well with the soup and the noodles. On the other hand, everything in the platter was gorgeous, I particularly like the prawn cakes, which were super juicy, moisture and chewy. Last but not least, I definitely recommend the avo smoothie, which was absolutely delicious! I guess they blended it with some greek yogurt or something, and the whole thing wasn't very heavy, whilst the taste is so on point that it's not too sweet, but refreshing and soothing.
