The Longjing Fresh Water Shrimps has a mild longjing taste, which elevates the whole dish. Up next, Sauteed Shredded Eel, this is extremely tasty that you likely would like to complement with rice.
Steamed Pork Buns is definitely my favorite, the wrap is thin and soft, with a super juicy fillings.
Chinese Spinach with Purple Sweet Potatoes is an interesting combination, the presentation is beautiful, spinach soaking in a light purple pond.
The succulent Baby Pigeon is another highlight, crispy on outside and tasty in the inside. Nothing better than ending up the satisfying meal with Fried Roll, you can dip every bite with the condensed milk to sweeten up every bite.
