If you like oysters with a rich ocean flavor, I recommend the French Fine De Claire, French Four Seasons, the exquisite Shigoku, and the Scottish Scottish oysters. If you prefer a milder taste with a pronounced freshness, I recommend the American oysters and the South African Catiera.
