L'ECLAIR DE GENIE originated from France and now have landed in Hong Kong and I thought it would be more like a shop instead of a pop-up store.I expected there is a long line up at the shop since HK people are willing to line up for a long time just for trying something new.But there aren't too many people, even Godiva has a longer line up lol.As you can see there are still plenty of puffs at the shops and there are lots of choices actually.Neverthless, I have heard the matcha puff is so-so, the

There are different custard fillings inside each puff. Personally I like the raspberry puff the most, because there is a sour taste to balance the sweetness.
The last one that I ate is vanilla puff, but other flavours have already taken over my taste, so I can't taste much about it.
Yet is better to eat these with a cup of hot tea, since the French dessert are always SWEET.
