— A very decadent and creamy bite to start off with. The crispy vessel is filled with a perfectly seasoned bluefin tuna tartare, creamy avocado and finished with a savoury touch of black truffle caviar to elevate this dish. Really recommend trying this! It’s a nice explosion of refreshing flavours to prepare your palate for what’s to come.

— Sooo delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, leaving the meat still extremely tender and juicy. Combining a mix of different herbs and spices, the marinade on this was so flavourful, and the chicken really soaked up all the aromas of this. It’s definitely got a kick to it but its a manageable level of spice that’s honestly quite addicting the more you eat it. I love the addition of the sweet lemon confit which helped balance out the rich flavours and add a bit of acidity.

— Really enjoyed the texture of the gnocchi, as it had a nice chewy to soft ratio. The butter emulsion was creamy and rich but not overly heavy. Slightly disappointed by the portion size of this though.

— This really reminded me of the french toast at LPM and definitely a great way to end the meal. The toast was super light and fluffy on the inside but could’ve had a bit more crunch on the outside. The brown butter ice cream had a very thick texture which didn’t seem like ice cream at all to me 😅 but the taste was pretty good. Loved the acidic passionfruit cream on the side to balance out the sweetness and add a fruity dimension to it.

😋Taste: Pretty good flavours overall but the portions are really small 🥲
📍Ambiance: Cute, classy interior, really reminds me of the laidback bistros and bars you see around Spain and France
