My friends and I went there for dinner one night. The concept of being able to order 3 sizes was interesting. The menu selection wasn't very exciting so I stayed safe with the L beef burger. 101 dollars... My sister ordered goat cheese risotto. My burger was pretty okay. Nothing commendable. Pretty decent but 101 was pretty steep considering the quality. I have no problems paying for good food but 101 dollars didn't seem extremely reasonable. My sister's goat cheese risotto was revolting. When it first arrived, we were so shocked. It was an unappetizing shade of green and I suppose they did try to camouflage it with some rocket but it didn't hide then sickly colour. I thought... Maybe it tastes better than it looks. Wrong. It tasted disgusting. It literally tasted of goat poo. I think it has something to do with the quality of ingredients, which I find extremely appalling. I don't believe in cost cutting measures. Especially not with dairy products. Who knows what's in the ingredients these days.
The fish (I think it was pan fried cod...?) was miserable. (Size wise) It was medium but it looked as though one could have it as appetizer. Doesn't this completely destroy the concept of different sized portions? It was so greasy. You could see the remaining oil mini puddles left on the white plate.
But, the fries were pretty good. Not the best but crispy enough on the outside and soft enough on the inside. Fried to an almost golden brown colour.
