Second Bite is a cafe/restaurant with fancy modern art as interior decoration which got my heart immediately once I entered it.Facing this picture of cutey cat, my first thought was, what a nice reminder! Focus on your meal instead of your phone. Mindful eating. Shortly after that I realized why this picture was placed deep inside the restaurant, it's because there is really weak signal reception! You can't upload an IG story nor receive/send a whatsapp message...So forget about your phone while

Homemade Minced Pork Burger with Chips & Salad

This Homemade Minced Pork Burger is massive!!! I adore the minced pork dearly. It's like the one you have in traditional Chinese restaurants as a dinner dish. Yet it went so well in a burger, especially with molten cheese dripping on and around it. The chips were nice too, I like the potato ones more than the sweet potato ones though. The burger is really big. I could barely manage to finish it and the fries, so I left all the salad untouched... I felt a bit sorry for wasting food, but there was absolutely no more room in my stomach...

I added a house coffee to go with the meal. The coffee was rather disappointing, as the staff used cold milk to make it...It was served lure warm, which was a bit awkward to me.

Side note, ventilation inside the restaurant was really poor. My hair, clothes and bag were all soaked with the smell of cooking. Also, I guess my seat was quite near the toilet, and I could smell some disgusting human waste from time to time, which wasn't really desirable when you are having a meal...
